The resort’s crystal-clear lagoon stretches 5.6km, offering a playground for families seeking adventure. Sonu told us “95% of guests spot dolphins during the signature dolphin cruise. Our record sighting? 40 dolphins in one trip!”

Families are also invited to take part in Soneva’s Ocean Stewards program, where they can learn about coral rehabilitation, marine conservation, and help nurture the island’s vibrant underwater ecosystem.

For ultimate relaxation, head to the island spa. Soneva Soul spans two wellness complexes: the original over-water spa and the latest Island Spa perched high above the treetops. Stretch and centre yourself in the yoga pavilion, find stillness on the meditation platform overlooking panoramic views of the turquoise waters, or relax in open-air treatment rooms bathed in the soothing soundtrack of ocean waves.

As dusk falls, the island's culinary delights come to life.
