Meet the maker

Meet Maya, founder of Garden State Candles. The very first candles were made in her sunny Berlin apartment with her puppy Louee. The living room housed all of the inventory and the packing & shipping station was infringing on the kitchen.

Louee is an adopted puppy from the Montreal SPCA and the other face of the brand! As part of their mission, they donate a portion of the profits to rescue shelters with every candle purchase.
