SAINT LUCIA
Tucked away in Saint Lucia’s secluded southwest, this 600-acre tropical wonderland feels like a private island, with two pristine beaches and a flourishing cocoa and coconut plantation in the Anse Mamin Valley.
From the moment you step into Jade Mountain, you’re swept away by the vision of architect and founder Nick Troubetzkoy, who set out to create a masterpiece that perfectly captures the island's raw beauty. With sweeping views of the majestic Piton mountains, this sculptural resort rises from the landscape like a dream - every curve, every detail an ode to the island’s natural splendour.
“From the beginning, our ambition was to create an environment that fully captured the island's beauty.”
Nick Troubetzkoy, Architect & Founder of Jade Mountain
A Sanctuary in the Sky
Nick Troubetzkoy's fascination with building in harmony with nature began in the 1970s when he purchased and began expanding Anse Chastanet, Jade Mountain’s sister resort. His ultimate love letter to Saint Lucia is the creation of Jade Mountain, which stands as a testament to his commitment to organic architecture that enhances the natural surroundings rather than competes with them.
At Jade Mountain, traditional hotel corridors are replaced by private sky bridges that allow guests to engage with the soothing symphony of jungle sounds. The retreat itself is designed to transcend the traditional concept of a resort, fostering the ultimate romantic escape through its innovative, organic architecture. This approach ensures every detail, from the layout of the sanctuaries to the selection of materials, aligns with the ethos of environmental respect and aesthetic harmony.
Elevated Luxury, Caribbean Style
Jade Mountain delivers an experience of holistic retreat coupled with undeniable luxury. Each sanctuary comes with a personal butler, or “majordomo,” to cater to your every whim, from planning an adventure to delivering a cocktail by your private infinity pool.
The resort’s offerings extend well beyond the expected, with a state-of-the-art gym, diving school, boutique spa, yacht excursions, sunrise yoga sessions, and more. For an indulgent twist, there’s even a chocolate-making atelier where you can craft your own cocoa creations.
“Jade Mountain is more than just a hotel; it's a work of art”

A Feast for the Senses
And when it’s time to eat? You’re in for a treat. Jade Mountain’s organic farm supplies 40% of the resort’s fresh produce, bringing farm-to-table goodness to every bite. For an elevated culinary adventure, head to the open-air Jade Mountain Club with a daily changing menu including vegan options. Alternatively, enjoy a more relaxed setting at the Treehouse Restaurant at sister resort Anse Chastanet or enjoy an authentic Caribbean feast with your toes in the sand at the beachside eatery.
Bridging Luxury and Nature
Troubetzkoy’s goal was to create an ethereal space for guests to forget the outside world and connect with nature in the most effortless way. With a 15-foot-high ceilings, there’s a liberating sense of openness, while the softly curving interiors guide you to the mesmerising views outside. Each private infinity pool seems to float above the Caribbean Sea, and every room features an open wall seamlessly blending the interior with the exterior. If you’re looking for a slice of paradise, Jade Mountain is waiting with open arms.
A Legacy Thats Lives On
Nick Troubetzkoy’s Jade Mountain is more than a destination; it’s a timeless tribute to the natural beauty and spirit of Saint Lucia. It’s a place where luxury meets the wild, where architecture and nature dance together, and where every detail tells a story of love for the island.
Through our collaboration, we celebrate not only Nick’s iconic vision but also the vibrant life of Saint Lucia itself, its landscapes, its people, and its endangered treasures. As the sun sets over the Pitons and the Saint Lucia parrot calls from the rainforest canopy, it’s clear that the legacy of Jade Mountain, and its dedication to the natural world, will endure for generations to come.

The Print
In the spirit of preserving Nick’s legacy and celebrating the island’s rich biodiversity, we are proud to introduce 'Parrot Paradise' - a collaboration between LOVE BRAND & Co. and Jade Mountain. This print honours the Saint Lucia parrot, the island’s national bird and a symbol of its vibrant rainforests. Designed by LOVE BRAND & Co. founder Oliver Tomalin, the pattern captures the dynamic colours and energy of the parrot’s plumage, reflecting the lush essence of St. Lucia’s wild heart.
With this collaboration, we continue a shared commitment to sustainability, conservation, and protecting the unique ecosystems that Nick so cherished.
