Online Orders (Full-Price Items)
Returns
We want the return process to be as smooth and easy as possible for you. That’s why we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience upon request. A return service fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover shipping and processing.
Fees:
- UK: 30 days – £7 return fee
- EU: 30 days – £15 return fee
- US: 30 days – £25 return fee
- ROW: 30 days – £45 return fee
- A £15 handling fee will apply to additional returns made from an order already partially returned.
- Online orders can also be returned in-store at our London location free of charge.
- Returns of faulty items are free of charge.
During sale periods, the return window reduces to 14 days.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our online withdrawal form. If you use this online function, we will send you a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free of charge.
- Credit notes are valid for one year and are issued as a gift card.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you wish to exchange your order, you can do so by emailing support@lovebrand.com or calling +44 (0) 207 373 8338 with your cancellation. Please quote your order reference number.
In-Store Purchases
- No refunds for in-store purchases.
- Free exchange or store credit only, within 14 days.
- Credit notes are valid for one year and are issued as a gift card.
