Delivery

Order Processing

  • Orders Placed by 12:00 PM GMT: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on business days on the same day; however, please note this is only guaranteed when choosing the Express Shipping service at checkout.
  • Orders Placed After 12:00 PM GMT: Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Standard Shipping

Processing time: Standard Shipping orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process before dispatch.

Delivery time: (from placing the order):

  • UK: 3-5 business days
  • EU: 5-7 business days
  • US: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-14 business days

Express Shipping

Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be dispatched on the same business day.

Delivery time:

  • EU: 2-3 business days
  • US: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 4-7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected. We strive to offer competitive rates on all shipping options.
  • Free shipping is offered on all orders above £300.

International Shipping

  • United Kingdom (UK): For orders sent to a shipping address within the United Kingdom, LOVE BRAND & Co. covers the cost of customs, duties, and local taxes that may apply to the order.
  • Europe (EU Countries): For orders sent to a shipping address within Europe, LOVE BRAND & Co. covers the cost of customs, duties, and local taxes that may apply to the order.
  • Rest of the World: For international orders outside of the EU and UK, any applicable customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges will be calculated and collected at checkout, ensuring no additional payments are required upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that external factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving any concerns.

Change of Address

Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is accurate before finalising your order.

Returns

Online Orders (Full Price Items)

We want you to love your purchase. To help minimise our environmental impact, we kindly ask that you make a considerate choice before ordering — and we are here to help you with that. At the same time, we want the return process to be as smooth and easy as possible for you.

That’s why we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience upon request. A return service fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover shipping and processing.

  • UK: 30 days – £7 return fee
  • EU: 30 days – £15 return fee
  • US: 30 days – £25 return fee
  • ROW: 30 days – £45 return fee
  • A £15 handling fee will apply to additional returns made from an order already partially returned.
  • Online orders can also be returned in-store at our London location free of charge.
  • Returns of faulty items are free of charge.
  • During sale periods, the return window reduces to 14 days.

In-Store Purchases

  • No refunds for in-store purchases.
  • Exchange or store credit only, within 14 days.
  • Credit notes are valid for one year and are issued as a gift card.
  • Purchases from 1st December benefit from an extended return window until 31st January.

Seasonal Extensions

  • Orders placed from 1st December benefit from an extended return window until 31st January.
  • The seasonal extension is not available on sale items that will fall under the 14-day return/exchange window.

If you wish to cancel your order at any time, you can do so by emailing support@lovebrand.com or calling +44 (0) 207 373 8338 with your cancellation. Please quote your order reference number.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free of charge.
  • Credit notes are valid for one year and are issued as a gift card.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Purchasing a Gift Card

  • Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online here.
  • Prices range between £50-£2000

How It Works

  • Your Gift Card will be sent virtually via email.
  • If you prefer a physical card, please email concierge@lovebrand.com, and we’ll post one to you, free of charge.
  • If you would like the gift card sent directly to the recipient, just add their address, email, and phone number.

Bespoke Messaging

You can add a bespoke message free of charge. Just share your message, and your extra personal touch is delivered.

Loyalty Program

How do I sign up for your loyalty programme?

You can sign up by creating an account on our website. Once your account is set up, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the loyalty programme.

How do I earn points?

You earn points with every purchase. Even better, all your past purchases have already been recorded, so you haven’t lost any hearts.

How do I redeem my points?

Go to the Exchange Hearts section in your account and convert your points into a discount code.

How do I get £20 by referring a friend?

Simply send an invite by entering your friend’s email address here. Once they make a purchase using their £20 off, you’ll receive a code to redeem your £20 reward.
