Job requirements:
Customer Experience
- Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and impeccable service.
- Provide a store experience that reflects our brand; easy-breezy, mellow summer all year long.
- Contribute to the overall feeling in the store by being positive, respectful and helpful.
- Uphold Company standards and act as a positive role model.
- Online customer service support
Teamwork & Communication
- Work productively within the team and take initiative to work with others toward common, collaborative goals.
- Communicate positively, efficiently and effectively
- Take ownership of small tasks that are divided in the team; many hands make light work.
Operations
- Participate in the processing of new stock and shipments.
- Assisting in keeping stock areas clean and organised.
- Assist in the timely and accurate completion of weekly tasks (i.e. markdowns, transfers and product updates).
- Exhibit awareness of loss prevention guidelines and comply with all inventory control measures.
- Always adhere to company health & safety regulations.
- Online orders fulfilment support
Merchandising & Displays
- Uphold store merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Ensure that merchandise is ticketed and the shop floor is well stocked
- Support sales by assisting in the merchandising and display projects
- Exhibit a familiarity with current product and trend awareness
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience (not essential but beneficial) along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- High cultural knowledge & awareness
- Proactive and positive attitude
