Can I cancel or change my order even if it has already been placed?
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. However, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team as promptly as possible; while we may not be able to modify the order directly, our team is committed to providing assistance wherever feasible within the constraints of our policies and orders cut-off times. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are always here to help.
How can I request a return?
If you need to request a return, here's what you can do:
If you made an online purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request a return. Likewise, for non-sale items purchased in-store, a similar 30-day period is applicable to claim a refund or exchange. In case there is an issue with your order, make sure to let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we will do our best to assist. For the holiday season, an extended return period is available until January 31st.
Returning an order is simple. Just get in touch with our support team through live chat or email, and we will generate a return label and guide you through the process. Refunds complying with our terms and conditions are typically processed within 2-5 working days after we receive your return.

Can I return my purchase in- store, even if I bought it online?
Indeed, it is possible to return your online purchase in any of our LOVE BRAND & Co. shops. Kindly ensure to bring the item along with your order number to facilitate the return process. Do you offer free delivery and returns?
We are committed to introducing free delivery on all orders in the near future. Currently, we offer complimentary shipping worldwide for orders exceeding £150/$180/€170 with all taxes and duties covered by us. Additionally, we extend our commitment to customer satisfaction with hassle-free global returns at no extra cost.
What is your commitment to the planet?
We are committed to donating 2% of the net revenue each year to charity through a combination of cash donations and products in kind based on their retail value. As proud members of 1% for the Planet, of the 2% donations at least half in cash donations to environmental charities dedicated to protecting engendered wildlife and their habitats. We focus on charities that educate people to understand their habitats and biodiversity, We carefully select the charities we work with to align with our objectives.
