We couldn’t think of a better hotel to celebrate the Great British summer with than The Goring. This is a hotel with strong British roots and one of London’s last remaining family-owned luxury hotels, not to mention a royal family favourite too. The Hotel has been crafted over a century by one family, who through the years have made the genuine article – a grand hotel with impeccable manners and a subtle streak of wit and wonder.

This is the summer to check it out for yourself, especially to try out their new summer pop-up of Lobster & Fizz. Think Cornish coast coupled with the best of Belgravia! With fresh-off-the-boat Cornish lobsters supplied by Just Shellfish, a family-run crab and lobster shop in the heart of Port Isaac, who make sure every crab and lobster is measured to encourage sustainable fishing. They're then brought straight into their shop ready for cooking and selling to customers.

They can of course be accompanied by the Delevingne sister's fabulous new Fizz, Della Vite!

Inspired by The Goring family’s roots and summers spent in Cornwall, Jeremy Goring said, “The British seaside is looking rather full this year and so we’re delighted to be able to bring a little piece of it to the middle of London”.
