There’s nothing better than finding that hidden gem of a beach on holiday. Walking along the beach in your swimming trunks, sand between your toes, listening to the waves like you’re in a world of your own. Inspiring your next trip away, we’ve rounded up 8 beautiful beaches to be discovered…
Lighthouse Beach, The Bahamas
With miles of unspoilt, powdery blush pink sands, Lighthouse Beach is, in our opinion, one of the best beaches in The Bahamas. Set on the southern tip of Eleuthera, it offers the rare chance to swim in two incredible bodies of water, the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Sheltered by enclosed coves and stretching for nine unspoiled miles, it's easy to find a quiet, secluded stretch of beach to call your own.

Raja Ampat, Indonesia
The Raja Ampat islands in Indonesia offer gin-clear waters surrounded by lush tropical forests with warm weather all year round. Once reached only by liveaboard boats, the islands are now much easier to get to but remain blissfully under the radar. The crystalline waters make them the perfect spot for diving and snorkelling with coral reefs aplenty.

Jade Mountain, St Lucia
One of our favourite resort in St. Lucia, guests at the 5-star Jade Mountain can enjoy exclusive access to two stretches of soft sandy beaches, Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin Beach. Bordering the Caribbean Sea on St. Lucia’s secluded southwest, it's a 600-acre tropical wonderland that feels like your own private island. With incredible views of the majestic Piton mountains, a visit firmly belongs on any bucket list.

Xerokambos, Crete
Considered some of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, Xerokambos is a quiet coastal area in Southern Crete. The multitude of tiny coves with golden sand offer true, isolated bliss framed by bright blue waters and high mountains.

Fernando de Noronha, Brazil
Known for its abundance of playful spinner dolphins, the volcanic archipelago off Brazil’s northeast coast invites travellers with its emerald green waters. But there’s one beach in particular that stands out: Baía do Sancho. Tucked within a protected marine park, its perfect white sand beaches and remoteness have often made it the recipient of the best beach in the world award, and it's easy to see why.
Punta Brava, Columbia
Surrounded by dense rainforest, this secluded beach destination offers a rare chance to witness humpback whales breaching just offshore between July and October. The perfect place for nature lovers to disconnect from the world, Punta Brava is one of the most remote beaches in the Tayrona National Park.

Cala Tonnarella dell'Uzzo, Italy
Turquoise waters, sweeping white cliffs, all framed by lush Mediterranean greenery, Cala Tonnarella dell'Uzzo comes recommended first hand from the Italians at team Love Brand. Days here drift between basking on sun-warmed rocks and cooling swims. We recommend taking a snorkel along to this one as the waters are incredibly clear.
Crique de Bugul, France
Often described as a “blink-and-you’ll-miss-it” beach, Bugle Cove is a hidden sandy spot framed by rugged cliffs, perfect for anyone seeking tranquillity. Tucked quietly along the wild edge of Brittany, drift across the glassy waters in a kayak, or sink into stillness with a good book.
