We want you to love your purchase. To help minimise our environmental impact, we kindly ask that you make a considerate choice before ordering — and we are here to help you with that. At the same time, we want the return process to be as smooth and easy as possible for you.
That’s why we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. A return service fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover shipping and processing.
- UK: 30 days – £7 return fee
- EU: 30 days – £15 return fee
- US: 30 days – £25 return fee
- ROW: 30 days – £45 return fee
Additional Notes
- Exchanges are free of charge.
- Credit notes are valid for one year and are issued as a gift card.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A £15 handling fee will apply to additional returns made from an order already partially returned.
- Online orders can also be returned in-store at our London location free of charge.
- Returns of faulty items are free of charge.
- During sale periods, the return window reduces to 14 days.
Seasonal Extensions
- Orders placed from 1st December benefit from an extended return window until 31st January.
- The seasonal extension is not available on sale items that will fall under the 14-day return/exchange window.
In-Store Purchases
- Exchange or store credit only, within 14 days.
- Credit notes are valid for one year and are issued as a gift card.
- No refunds for in-store purchases.
- Purchases from 1st December benefit from an extended return window until 31st January.
