The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. 

PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS & CURB-SIDE COLLECTION

We have introduced private shopping by appointment across our boutique locations. You can book our shops to yourself here. As well as a Curb-side Collection Service, whereby customers can place orders by phone and you can collect or we can home deliver to your door within a 500m of our Chelsea or Notting Hill locations. Call us to arrange this service with your local shop here.

COVID-19 CODE OF CONDUCT
We are ensuring we are COVID-19 secure in line with HM Government Guidelines. We kindly ask you to also respect the following code of conduct.

LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN STORE AT ANY ONE TIME
Please note that the number of customers per store is limited by government guidance.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS
Customers must respect the social distancing requirement to keep 2 metres apart both outside and inside the boutique.

CONTACTLESS DIGITAL PAYMENT
To avoid contact, we encourage all customers to choose contactless and cashless payment options.

HAND SANITISER
Our boutiques will provide staff and customers with hand sanitising gel.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS
Our boutiques are cleaned regularly throughout the day.

COVID-19 RISK ASSESSMENT
In line with Working Safely During COVID-19 in Shops and Branches guidance issued by HM Government, our boutiques have conducted a risk assessment prior to re-opening.

LOVE BRAND & Co. is committed to donating 2% of our net revenue each year to charity, helping wild elephants and other endangered wildlife, as well as rural communities.

We donate 1% in funding to our wildlife conservation projects, as proud members of '1% For The Planet'. These are targeted cash donations, supporting select wildlife and environmental projects, protecting wild elephants and other endangered species and promoting human-wildlife coexistence.

Maximising our positive impact

We also donate 1% of our net revenue in Products In Kind to rural communities. We recognise the importance of local communities coexisting with wildlife. We proudly donate our products to support local families and as a gesture of thanks for their important role in ensuring a future for endangered wildlife.
