Returns & Exchanges

COVID-19 Customer Notice: All orders placed in March 2020 will have an extended returns policy of up to 60 days.

If for any reason at all you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.

You can return your online order back to us by filling out the returns slip that comes with your online order, be sure to clearly indicate your exchange request or refund.

Please note that items returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the items in accordance with our full terms. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unworn condition.

We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded service that you keep proof of postage. The cost of returning items is also the full responsibility of the customer. For items returned to the UK from overseas the customer must pay for all shipping fees, taxes and duties applicable. 

Love Brand & Co. will only refund the cost of delivery and the cost of returning goods, if your order is incorrect or faulty. Once the refund is processed it should take between 2-10 working days for the funds to be placed back in your account.
