Returns Policy

Sale Items
Please note that for sale items bought online you have 14 days from receipt of purchase to claim for an exchange or refund.
For sale items bought in store, we are unable to process refunds, but can of course process an exchange instead. 
   
Non Sale Items
For non sale items bought online you have 30 days from receipt of purchase in which to claim for a refund.
For non sale items bought in store, you have 30 days from receipt of purchase in which to claim for a refund.
 
If the order is faulty, please let us know within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Please note that for all exchanges, we are only able to do so once. 

 

UK returns

Before you return any products to us, please download your returns form and free returns label.

Returning orders to us is easy. Simply attach the free return label (included in your order delivery from us) onto the outside of your parcel, secure the parcel and drop it off at your local Post Office, we will do the rest.

Please be sure to complete the simple returns form including your order number, and exchange or refund request. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded service, keeping your proof of postage.

Refund requests that comply with our full terms and conditions, will be made within 2-5 working days of receiving your return.

Please note that all Love Brand Club orders must be returned to 5 Park Walk only, and all Bicester Village orders must be returned to Bicester Village only for an exchange.
