Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE RETURNS:

If for any reason at all you want to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.

You can return any online order to us by filling out the returns slip, be sure to clearly indicate the request for refund or exchange.

Please note that items returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the items in accordance with our full terms. Items must be in their original and unworn condition with the swing tag attached.

We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded service that you keep proof of postage. The cost of returning items is also the full responsibility of the customer. For items returned to the UK from overseas the customer must pay for all shipping fees, taxes and duties applicable. 

Love Brand & Co. will only refund the cost of delivery and the cost of returning goods, if your order is incorrect or faulty. Once the refund is processed it should take between 2-10 working days for the funds to be placed back in your account.

You can return an item you purchased online by returning it in either of our London stores, please ensure that you have the relevant receipt information. Please note you cannot return a Sale item.

If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, you are able to do this within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that items returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and an exchange will not be given until we have received the items in accordance with our full terms. Items must be in their original and unworn condition with the swing tag attached.

To return an in-store purchase, pop in-to one of our London stores and speak to a member of the sales team.

Please note that items returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received the items in accordance with our full terms. Items must be in their original and unworn condition with the swing tag attached. Customers should present the item with a valid receipt (both paper and email receipts accepted)
