Introducing 'Penguin Party'

Introducing 'Penguin Party'

'PENGUIN PARTY' Staniel Swimming Trunks

LOVE BRAND & CO. have teamed up with the pioneers of luxury travel A&K, to celebrate their 60th anniversary. To mark this noteworthy occasion, LOVE BRAND & Co. founder, Oliver Tomalin, has designed six exclusive prints, each representing a sentimental place to A&K's founder, Geoffrey Kent. We are kicking off this celebratory series with penguin style - with a focus on A&K's pioneering expeditions in Antarctica.

In 1991 A&K launched their pioneering Luxury Expedition Cruise to Antarctica continuing to change the way the world travels and the ways in which people can view the natural world. This trailblazing cruise allows guests to see towering icebergs and mountainous glaciers from the luxury of their private balconies. There are also daily Zodiac excursions to The White Continent where guests are able to witness rare and thrilling wildlife up close, from whales to penguins.

All of A&K expeditions are carefully curated for a unique experience. Each odyssey is run by experienced professionals in their field, with the highest level equipment for a safe and memorable trip. The Antarctica Luxury Expedition Cruise has beautiful private balconies, five-star butler services and spa treatments for all guests on board. The cruise is a supporter of the A&K Philanthropy movement which aids in habitat restoration, wildlife conservation, science research and community education.

The Earth's final frontier voyage will take you through the footsteps of the famous Irish explorer Earnest Shackleton and the Endurance while you meet colonies of penguins, flocks of petrel birds and spot a few wandering albatross. There are eighteen species of penguins globally, and six of which live in Antarctica. On the Expedition you might come across huddles of the different native penguins, from Emperor to Adélie, Gentoo, Chinstrap, Macaroni or Rockhopper. Each avian verity displays different habits, though their fundamental sense of community is abundant through each of the different breeds - they all fare well in the cold and some breed in the coldest conditions on earth, and they do so by huddling together for heat.
